Payments
The prices displayed on the Website are retail prices. If you order products for delivery to a foreign country, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when the package arrives. It is your responsibility to ensure that all applicable laws and regulations in the country where the products are to be delivered are followed. We will not be held liable if you violate any of these laws. Before placing an order, it is recommended that you contact your local customs office or tax authority for more information. Payment is taken at the time of order placement, subject to security checks by both your bank and the company. Payment terms are determined solely by the company and, unless otherwise agreed, must be made using Visa, Mastercard, or ArCa. The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors and may cancel orders that result from such errors.
Delivery
Depending on Your location, orders can be delivered by different couriers such as DHL, CDEK.
The cost and duration of delivery will vary depending on the delivery location. When you place an order, the available delivery options for Your destination will be displayed at checkout. The delivery costs applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
We offer free delivery if you place Your order from the locations listed below and it exceeds the following limits.
Armenia: USD 100 (AMD 40,000)
Other Countries: USD 500 (AMD 200,000)
Delivery times
In general, orders should arrive within 3-12 business days (depending on Your location).
Please keep in mind that personalized orders may take some extra days to process.
For customized items, manufacturing lead times may vary as Your item is created specifically for you.
Extra 2-3 days for delivery during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, sale season, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day.
Delivery times are based on the time Your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. Company cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we’ll try to minimize any potential delays.
We’ll send you an email with all of the details after you place Your order. When Your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Exchanges & Returns
We sincerely hope you are pleased with your recent purchase.
Cancelations
But if you change Your mind, You can cancel Your order before it is prepared (for customized products) and shipped (for standard products). If Your order has already been prepared or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

We will send you an email with confirmation of Your cancelled order.
If you cancel Your order, you will be refunded in full within 14 business days, depending on Your payment provider.
Returns or exchanges
If You are not completely satisfied, you may exchange it for another item available on the Website or receive a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Company is not responsible for the return shipping costs and we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit.
Our return policy allows items to be returned within 14 days of delivery, beginning on the date of delivery.
Items returned оr exchanged must adhere to our return policy:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused when returned, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Jewellery and Sale items cannot be returned.
- Customized or personalised items cannot be returned because they are made to Your specifications.
If anything is damaged or missing from Your return, you may not receive a refund.
Your return you must do from the country to which you ordered.
We strive to give our customers a positive shopping experience, but we reserve the right to limit future orders or restrict access to our services if a customer’s return behavior violates our returns policy.

Refunds
Once Your return has been received by Company, processing can take up to 7 calendar days. When Your return is accepted, Your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Depending on Your payment provider, refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear in Your account. Please note that customs duties and taxes are NOT refunded.

Promotional code (Gift card)
It is only possible to apply one promotional code (or coupon code) per transaction. Sale items are not eligible for any online promotional codes. All promotional codes are only valid for full-priced items.
Promotion codes have varying validity periods and can be used to purchase any or specific product on the Website. To verify the validity period, please review the document/gift card containing the promotion code.
Promotion code exchanges or reimbursements are not permitted. Company is not liable for any fraudulent or unauthorized use of promotion codes.
